Silent Snowies Original Art

$495.00 AUD

Original Acrylic Painting on Birch Wood Panel

'Silent Snowies' began en plein air in the Snowy Mountains within Kosciuszko National Park NSW, after fresh snowfall had transformed the landscape into a scene of complete stillness. With Mount Jagungal rising in the distance, there was no breeze, no birds, no bugs, and nobody around. Just the snow-covered landscape and an incredible sense of peace and quiet. I wanted to capture that rare moment when the world feels like it's standing still. What began out in the snow was later finished in my studio, capturing the memory of serenity.
