Wholesale terms and conditions
Wholesale Eligibility
Wholesale accounts are available to approved retailers, galleries, and trade professionals. By applying for a wholesale account, you agree to these Terms of Trade. Lizzy Ann Art reserves the right to approve or decline any application or order at its discretion.
Pricing
Approved wholesale customers receive:
- 50% off the recommended retail price (RRP) on fine art prints in cotton rag stock (excludes canvas stock prints), fine art photography prints, and postcards.
- 40% off the recommended retail price (RRP) on original artworks and float framed fine art canvas prints.
Limited edition fine art prints are available at 50% off RRP until the edition limit is reached. Once sold out, these works will no longer be available for wholesale or reorder.
Wholesale pricing applies only to items listed in the official wholesale catalogue.
Recommended Retail Prices are subject to change without notice.
Minimum Order Requirements
There is no minimum order value for wholesale orders.
Limited edition prints are subject to availability and are restricted to the quantity allocated per edition.
Lizzy Ann Art reserves the right to apply limits or make exceptions at its discretion.
Payment Terms
All orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.
Order Processing & Lead Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-14 business days. As many items are made to order, production times may vary. Lizzy Ann Art will communicate any significant delays.
Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout and ranges from AU $9.95–$54.99 Australia-wide.
Risk passes to the buyer upon dispatch. Lizzy Ann Art is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party shipping carriers.
Returns & Damages
Due to the nature of wholesale purchasing, returns or refunds for change of mind are not accepted.
Damaged goods must be reported within 5 days of delivery and must include photographic evidence via email. Approved claims will be replaced or credited at the discretion of Lizzy Ann Art.
Product Use & Resale
Wholesale customers agree that all products are purchased for resale only.
For approved interior designers and trade professionals, products may be purchased for use in client projects and are not required to be resold in a retail setting.
Products may not be altered, reproduced, rebranded, or used to create derivative works in any way, including through the use of artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning technologies.
Resale on third-party marketplaces is not permitted without prior written approval.
Pricing & Brand Integrity
Wholesale customers agree to maintain the recommended retail price (RRP) of all Lizzy Ann Art products.
Discounting or promotional pricing is permitted at the discretion of the wholesale customer; however, any discounts must be applied at the customer’s own cost and must not impact the wholesale price paid to Lizzy Ann Art.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, and imagery remain the intellectual property of Lizzy Ann Art. These may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for marketing purposes without prior written consent.
The use of any artwork, designs, or imagery for training, input into, or generation by artificial intelligence (AI) systems or similar technologies is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
Promotions & Discounts
Wholesale pricing cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or sale offers.
General
Lizzy Ann Art reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Trade at any time without prior notice.
