A workshop with a difference
In our busy world, it’s easy to feel disconnected — from ourselves, from stillness, and from our imagination. This workshop offers a gentle space to slow down, reconnect, and discover something deeper through art.
Why is this workshop different? Because this is not a typical art class. There are no techniques to learn or master, and no outcomes to get right or wrong. Whether you’ve never drawn before or create every day, this experience invites you to show up exactly as you are — with curiosity and without judgment.
Over two gentle hours, you’ll be guided through:

FAQ
Do I need to be good at art to join?
Not at all. This is not an art class and there’s no need for artistic skills or experience. The session is about expression, not perfection — you're welcome exactly as you are.
What kind of art will we be doing?
You will be creating your own personal expressive and intuitive artwork using materials like soft pastels, oil pastels and watercolour paints on large sheets of paper. Each session begins with a guided meditation and visualisation to explore your inner landscape, which then becomes the starting point for your art-making. Rather than aiming for a particular outcome, you'll express your inner landscape onto paper through colour, movement and mark-making. The emphasis is on process over product, in a safe and supportive space where you’re free to play, explore and express yourself — just as we did in our formative years.
What happens during the session?
You’ll be gently guided through:
- A short calming meditation and visualisation
- Your own personal art-making session
- Supportive group sharing and reflection.
Each part of the process is optional.
Do I need meditation experience?
No prior experience is needed. The guided meditation is simple and accessible — just a gentle way to help you settle in and connect with your inner world.
Who is this session for?
It’s for any adult who’s curious about using creativity as a tool for inner connection. Whether you’re feeling a bit disconnected, overwhelmed, or just want to slow down and explore your imagination — this is for you.
What do I need to bring?
Just yourself. All materials are provided, and there’s no prep needed.
