Production timeframes
Orders within Australia:
- If your order is unframed (rolled/flat), please allow 1-2 weeks for production and shipping.
- If your order is framed, please allow 3-4 weeks for production and shipping.
Note: During the pre-Christmas peak period, orders can sometimes take up to 5+ weeks to arrive.
Orders can take up to 31 days to arrive for the rest of the world.

Delivery is available Australia wide and Internationally.
Shipping within Australia is free!
International shipping is available for the following locations and flat-rate costs:
- NZ - AUD$35
- UK and Europe - AUD$48
- US, Canada & Japan - AUD$42
- South Africa and Singapore - AUD$45
- UAE - AUD$60
Delivery within Australia is shipped from Sydney by standard road freight. Processing time is up to 2 working days after receiving payment from your order. Once processed, your order will take approximately 3-10 working days to be shipped to your designated postal address. Make sure you enter the correct postal address at checkout to avoid your parcel getting lost or stolen.
All parcels are insured so if your print arrives damaged please email a photo of the outside parcel and the damaged print with your order number to hello@lizzyannart.com.au, and a new print will be sent out to you as soon as possible. No refunds will be given.
Refunds and Exchange policy
All art prints are custom made to order, just for you. With this in mind we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please reach out if you want help selecting the right size for you.
Cancelations can only be made if the print has not been printed yet, as all orders are made to order. Some prints are sent to print immediately so there is no guarantee you will be able to cancel your print order.
