Creative Calm — Group Expressive Arts Session
Join us for Creative Calm: Discover Yourself Through Art, a gentle, 2‑hour in-person expressive arts session (not an art class—no art or meditation experience needed) hosted by the Gundagai Drawing Group at The Old School Centre, Gundagai, and facilitated by Lizzy from Lizzy Ann Art. This nurturing space invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore your creativity through guided meditation, art-making, and optional group reflection.
